 THE APPROACH 

The approach involved predicting two targets: Y1 = whether an employee would resign (categorical) and Y2 = predicting the number of days a new employee would stay (numerical). Historical data was organized, including personal basic information (gender, date of birth, place of residence, education), department, job title, whether it was a first job, salary, and whether they resigned (Y/N). The solution was developed through collaboration between domain experts and the Profet AI platform, achieving full automation from data processing to model optimization. Once the model was complete, it provided important factor analysis results and prediction simulation functions. This helped HR move from speculative experience to data-driven predictions, proactively reducing potential turnover risks. It also allowed for quick AI-driven predictions of suitability and potential tenure for new hires based on their basic application information and personal characteristics.
